How to request a refund
Our order process and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
- Email us at hi@sparktype.ai and we will help you start the refund.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and typically takes 5–10 business days.

Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period; we don't bill you again after that.
